What earns commission. A lead you submit that we close into a paying client, where the client was not already in our pipeline.
How it's calculated. On the amount we actually collect, excluding GST. If we discount to close a deal, commission is on the discounted value.
When it's paid. Commission is earned once we've been paid by the client, not when the deal is signed. Recurring commission is paid month by month as the client pays, and stops if the client leaves.
Attribution. First submission wins. If two partners submit the same business, the earlier timestamp takes it. If the business is already in our pipeline, it's marked duplicate and earns nothing — this is checked by phone number.
Attribution window. 90 days from submission. A lead that converts later isn't attributed automatically, though we may still honour it at our discretion.
Tax. Commission is professional income. TDS is deducted as required under Indian law, so we need your PAN before paying out.
Conduct. Don't promise timelines, pricing, or outcomes on our behalf. Don't spam. Misrepresenting Cognicart ends the partnership and forfeits pending commission.
